1. Account & Login Support

If you’re having trouble logging in or managing your account:

  • If you signed up via Google or Facebook, make sure you’re using the same login method.

2. Subscription & Payment Help

  • You can view or manage your active subscription under Profile → Subscription in the app.

  • If you subscribed via Google Play, manage or cancel your plan from the Play Store subscriptions page.

  • For failed payments or duplicate charges, please reach out to our support team with your transaction ID.

3. Streaming Issues

If you’re facing buffering or playback errors:

  • Check your internet connection (recommended speed: 5 Mbps or higher).

  • Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

  • Restart the app or clear cache from your device settings.

  • Update the Anuflix app to the latest version.
    If the issue continues, email our team with the following:

    • Device name and OS version

    • App version

    • Description or screenshot of the issue
